During the day you can enjoy Mexican snacks that interpret the best of our cuisine. Presented in small portions, they allow you to taste a wide variety of traditional flavors such as Baja California style shrimp tacos, pescadillas, panuchos and sopes among other delicacies.

By late afternoon the terrace is illuminated with candlelight, creating a romantic and cozy atmosphere, while our charming trio livens up your nights with ballads. Dishes like chilies in walnut sauce, crispy duck tacos with salsa borracha, seafood pozole, lobster enchiladas with Oaxacan mole, among others, are all responsible for making your visit to The Restaurant an authentic dining experience.

Mexican cuisine is closely related to its history, for this reason that our Executive Chef has designed menus that will allow you to get to know Mexico through its flavors, its subtle aromas and traditional ingredients.

All tables in the restaurant offer spectacular views of the turquoise Mexican Caribbean.  You are able to choose your seating, whether on the terrace or inside.
