Lunch and Cocktails at Sunset 

• Pick up and drop off straight from the beach with yacht's tender
• Anchor near reef, snorkel, relax or swim while crew sets up a lunch specially designed by our chef
• H'ordouvres and drinks served while enjoying the sunset     

Duration:  3 1/2 hours
Price:  $660 USD per couple

(In order to operate this cruise, we require a min. of 2 couples.  In case of inclement weather, lunch will be served onboard.)

Sunset Cruise

• Pick up and drop off straight from the beach with yacht's tender
• Swimming and sunning onboard
• H'ordouvres and drinks served while enjoying the sunset     

Duration:  2 hours
Price:  $440 USD per couple

(In order to operate this cruise, we require a min. of 2 couples.)

RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made up to four (4) months in advance and within 24 hours before the reservation date. All reservations are subject to availability and require confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS
All reservations are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

a)  TIME
If a Customer cancels his reservation within 24 hours of anticipation to the date reserved and confirmed, no charge will apply.

b) TIME WITH PENALTY
If the Customer cancels his reservation 24 hours or less before the reservation time, a  full 100% penalty charge will apply.

c)  NO SHOW
If a Customer does not show up on the reserved time a 100% penalty charge will apply.

d)  CANCELATION ON BEHALF OF IYC
IYC has the faculty to cancel a reservation in case of bad weather, sea conditions, acts of God, or any other reason that could put at risk the guests, it’s crew members and / or the boat, in such a case no charge will apply and a new date will be proposed. 

GENERAL RULES
Acceptance of charter document.

I agree to accept the captain and crew's authority on board the boat and follow their instructions.

I agree that for my safety and the safety of others, this boat includes a limited insurance for passenger liabilities and medical payments as marked by Mexican Maritime law.

I agree to not interfere in nautical operations of any sort or kind, during the course of my charter.

I herby certify that I am aware of the possible dangers that this activity may incurr in, and agree to board by my own free will, thus certifying that I have no physical impediment, and that I am an able swimmer, and do not suffer from any condition that may endanger myself or any other passenger / crew by accepting this charter.
