Our rate benefits from the following inclusions:

• Full daily a la carte breakfast in our restaurants or room service 
• Welcome cocktail upon arrival 
• One snorkeling trip per guest, per stay, to the world's second largest barrier reef* 
• Use of fitness center    
• Internet Access                                       

All rates are quoted in USD per room (based upon double occupancy), per night.
*Sorkeling trip valid for stays in 2012.

Bedding:
All rooms feature a King size bed. Only Master Suites and One Bedroom Suites can accommodate an extra person with a rollaway bed.

Deposit:
A two night deposit is required at time of reservation, except during the Holiday period (see full Holiday policy below)..

Cancellation:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A two night penalty will be charged for cancellations within 14 days of arrival and 45 days for the holiday period. (see full Holiday policy below).

Restrictions for Holiday Period December 19 2012 to January 02 2013:
A 50% total stay deposit is required at time of reservation Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A 50% of the total stay penalty will be charged for cancellations within 60 to 46 days of arrival. A full stay penalty will be charged for cancellations within 45 days of the arrival for the Holiday period

Policies:

Early departures:
If the length of stay is shortened on a reservation or an early departure is made within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed 15 days prior to arrival or 45 days for the holiday period . (see full Holiday policy above).

Additional charges:
Government tax of 14% (government taxes subject to change) plus 10% service charge.

The Hotel reserves the right to change or alter included activities.
