Bedding:
All rooms feature a King size bed. Only Master Suites and One Bedroom Suites can accommodate an extra person with a rollaway bed.
Deposit:
A two night deposit is required at time of reservation, except during the Holiday period (see below).
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A two night penalty will be charged for cancellations within 14 days of arrival and 45 days for the holiday period.
Children:
Children ages 16 and older are welcome from January 01 - May 27, and from December 22 - 31. During low season, May 28 - December 21, we welcome children ages 12 and older.
Restrictions for Holiday Period December 22 2009 to January 04 2010:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A 50% of the total stay penalty will be charged for cancellations within 60 to 46 days of arrival. A full stay penalty will be charged for cancellations within 45 days of the arrival for the Holiday period.
Policies:
Round-trip airport transfers: One round-trip per room is included in the room rate. This means that both guests need to arrive at the airport at the same time to take advantage of this inclusion.
If the guests are arriving on different flights (one guest arriving later than the other regardless of it being the same day or different days) Maroma Resort and Spa is willing to provide, with at least 48 hours advance notice, an airport transfer for an additional service fee.
Later arriving guests may also arrange their own airport transportation if they so choose, but will not be reimbursed by Maroma Resort and Spa. Remember flight information is essential to provide excellent service.
Early departures: If the length of stay is shortened on a reservation or an early departure is made within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed 15 days prior to arrival.
Additional Charges: Government tax of 14% (government taxes subject to change) plus 10% service charge.
