Group Classes

The classes are multi-level, which allows individuals to work at their own level. Beginners are welcome. Our classes offer the opportunity for our guests to explore their body and mind, so each class is an inner journey and not a competition. Advanced booking is highly recommended. Private classes can be scheduled at a time of your convenience.

Yoga & meditation kinan

The main difference in the yoga’s its the kind of breathing applied in each posture

Ashtanga yoga.
Deep upper breathing. Promotes purification, to sweat and warming of the muscles therefore elasticity is easily achieved.
Monday, Wednesday 9am 
 
Yantra Yoga.
Very complete set of breathings, for ongoing flow of energy in any circumstance of life.
Tuesday, Thursday. 9am 
 
Kundalini Yoga.
Breathing of fire. Promotes inner movement of energy to enhance the arising of kundalini.
 

In every session a particular kind of meditation is practiced.

The following classes are 1 hour classes and they can be from 10:30 am until noon:

Chi Kung
It’s a style of Chinese yoga. Chi means energy, Kung mastery or skill so it’s the art of mastering the energy, also known as qi gong. Traditionally it’s said that a practitioner of Chi Kung must achieve the three jewels: health, vitality or vigor and bliss or joy.

Tai Chi
It’s a martial art that brings a relaxed state of mind with slow movements full of suability and grace, while enhancing the awareness of our breathing, muscles and joints.
*All the sessions of yoga have at the end a short meditation period in accord with the exercise carried out.

Dream Yoga (from 1:00 to 2:00 pm)
Dream Yoga 1: Training to sleep and relax. Recognizing the elements of the dream (reality check), learning to interpret our own dreams with the 3 kit towels
Dream yoga 2: Western and Eastern techniques to recognize dreams
Dream yoga 3: Science techniques

At Kinan we have different kinds of meditation. Meditation is a mental training with different targets: Pacify the mind, focusing the mind, purifying, calming, total awareness, increasing inner luminosity etc. We have among others:
